Police confirmed no one was inside the house or the vehicle at the time of the accident, though the property sustained significant damage.
A brand-new Nissan Patrol weighing approximately 2.8 tonnes has reportedly crashed through a house in South Australia – with police confirming no one was injured in the incident.
Police said the Nissan was parked on a hill at Carrickalinga – a coastal town about 60km south of Adelaide – before it rolled through a nature reserve and eventually crashed through a house on Elizabeth Crescent.
The vehicle reportedly exited through one side of the house, smashing through the balcony before landing in the front yard.
Authorities said the incident happened on 10 February 2024, with the house sustaining “significant damage.”
