Two Australian podcast hosts have been left shocked after a listener shared their jaw-dropping sex confession.
Laura Byrne and Brittany Hockley share a “dilemma” every week on the Life Uncut Podcast, featuring messages sent in from fans who are stuck in an uncomfortable situation.
But in their most recent episode, the former reality stars were left aghast after reading out the “wildest” problem they’d ever received.
The dilemma – which is so insane, it’s honestly hard to believe it’s true – involved a woman who apparently wanted to embark on a one-off sexual adventure with her fiance of six years before they tied the knot.
However, after a ménage à trois with her partner and one of her girlfriends, the friend in question later dropped a “bombshell” on the unsuspecting couple, leaving them at an “absolute loss”.
“We all had quite a bit to drink, to be honest, the whole night felt like an exciting blur,” she wrote in a message read out by Hockley.
“But last week, she called and dropped an absolute bombshell on us… I was at work and she told me she was pregnant. PREGNANT!”
At this point, Byrne chipped in: “I don’t even have words.”
“I called my fiance´ straight away, he said ‘Oh my God, I think the condom did break but I was too drunk to remember’,” Hockley continued.
“She’s decided to keep the baby.”
All Byrne could manage at this point was, “Holy s**t,” as Hockley explained the dilemma in the utterly wild tale.
“My fiance and I do want kids together one day, but the idea of him having a baby with another woman makes me feel sick. How do we explain this to friends and family?”
The segment was filmed and uploaded to the Life Uncut TikTok page, where it quickly amassed huge attention.
Many were unsympathetic to the woman’s alleged plight, leaving a string of sarcastic remarks on the clip.
“Play stupid games, win stupid prizes,” one said.
“Surely there was a better option… anywhere but there, bud,” another remarked.
As one scoffed: “No baby gravy in your wife’s friend! Rookie move.”
“A true friend would have said no,” someone else reasoned.
“Every man’s fantasy turns to horror,” one bloke said, while many more simply stated: “Just no.”
Others offered their 2 cents, hoping they might be able to assist the woman.
“Ok, so my story would be she asked for a sperm donation and it was a gesture of goodwill. Make the best of it,” one suggested.
“How is this decision hard? Embrace the kid and raise it together,” another agreed.
Life Uncut also posted the clip on Instagram, where followers were less than impressed by the turn of events.
“Surely the best friend is completely out of order here and just shouldn’t keep the baby WTF,” one claimed.
“I reckon they were having an affair and got pregnant and this threesome was a convenient cover,” another speculated.
When approached about the viral story by news.com.au, Hockley and Byrne confirmed the letter was written and sent in by one of their listeners.
